Couldn’t get a human to take my order so I had to use the self order screen but certain items weren’t on the self order screen so I tried to order a chicken crispanada with the lady working and she look at me and said they take 8 minutes to make. I replied that’s ok I’ll wait she then looked off in space as if she was embarrassed and said “ I actually think we are out of those”. I just walked out??

This might be the worst taco bell location I've ever been to. I love taco bell so I keep giving this location another chance but it's always something. Forgetting parts of my order to sometimes giving me the complete wrong order. Maybe I should take their constant bloodshot eyes as a sign that they are going to forget something. Today they asked me to come inside to order when I was in the drive-through. What? This location lost a customer permanently. Next door is Chipotle, I'd suggest just going there instead.

My wife and I stopped in here at about 8:30 p.m., this past Friday. I went to the restroom while she started figuring out the kiosk. While in the restroom, one of the taco bell employees walked into the bathroom with his rubber food gloves on, went into the first stall, and grabbed his phone. Undoubtedly, he had left it there prior to me walking in. He grabbed his phone, dug in his butt while trying to pull his pants up that was hanging below his butt, and walked out the bathroom... never removed the gloves or washed his hands and went straight back into the kitchen. I walked out and told my wife what happened while other customers were standing there, and we left. Definitely will never go there again.

Worst Taco Bell ever. $20 for 6 items, only received 5. There were no napkins in the bag. I guess you have to ask for those now, too, as well as all the items you paid for. Now, Taco Bell puts sour cream on the outside of the taco. Taco Bell quality and service has nosedived, but they made it up by drastically raising prices. My last time eating their food.

Several customers waited over 30m for regular menu items. Workers literally cursed at them across the counter and saying, "come back here and make the taco yourself." Customer asked for a refund and worker refused. Manager stood there and did nothing. After customers left, staff could be heard in back dropping f-bombs and complaining about customers who dare ask for the food they paid for.
