My wife and I stopped in here at about 8:30 p.m., this past Friday. I went to the restroom while she started figuring out the kiosk. While in the restroom, one of the taco bell employees walked into the bathroom with his rubber food gloves on, went into the first stall, and grabbed his phone. Undoubtedly, he had left it there prior to me walking in. Worst Taco Bell ever. $20 for 6 items, only received 5. There were no napkins in the bag. I guess you have to ask for those now, too, as well as all the items you paid for. Now, Taco Bell puts sour cream on the outside of the taco. Taco Bell quality and service has nosedived, but they made it up by drastically raising prices. My last time eating their food.

Several customers waited over 30m for regular menu items. Workers literally cursed at them across the counter and saying, "come back here and make the taco yourself." Customer asked for a refund and worker refused. Manager stood there and did nothing. After customers left, staff could be heard in back dropping f-bombs and complaining about customers who dare ask for the food they paid for.
