Came inside to order 4/ 17 a little after 8pm only to never be greeted or even acknowledged by anyone for a good 5-6 minutes while employees just stood behind counter just talking, no other customers inside and none in drive thru when we walked in ... than someone from back (pretty sure management )to walk by us with not a hello, just a moment or anything but was sure to tell another employee to go make sure the doors are locked...felt like it was a problem we were even there ..so as we started to leave the management make a comment so we could hear ..." I'm coming to take their order and they just walk away" ..Horrible experience and horrible management...

I drove through the drive-through every time the driver spoke the person in the microphone said in a sharp tone “is that it”or “anything else” and I ordered two sandwiches, and when they read it back, they read back that I had two sandwiches, but they did not ring it up, and when it was mentioned at the window, the sower faced young female behind the window said “you can just go back around”. I called the manager and spoke to her and she assured me that this was not their policy but this little girl seemed very comfortable disrespecting everyone in my car

27 Jan ‘24, 6-6:15. And so I placed an online order. When I get there I drive around to side of bldg where the service windows are, no one else was in line, and there’s a woman standing there in the shadow of the windows. I was startled when she spoke to me, she asked if she could help me. Very weird that someone was standing outside the window in the dark. I told her I had an online order and she told me to go to the window, which is exactly where I was going. My food should have been ready for pickup by then. Get to the window and there’s five people standing there and they look at me like I’m not supposed to be there. So I tell them I have an online order and give my name. All of a sudden they all start asking if I stopped at the speaker. Then I’m told I don’t have an order there then I’m told to pull into a parking spot. At the same time a woman yells out telling me next time stop at the speaker. So I pull into parking spot and lady comes out and tells me that I didn’t pay. I showed her the email showing that I paid. She kept saying that I only paid $2. So I opened my bank and showed her that I paid. In the meantime a nice young guy brought my food out and the lady standing there still said I didn’t pay. Finally she told me she’d wipe it out and gave me the food. No apology. Twilight zone at Wendy’s tonight. The food was really good. Service was weird.

I come to this Wendy’s all the time for food and for the most part I don’t have a issue but tonight I was at this Wendy’s at 7:30pm January 21st and I had to hear how disgusting the manager was to a new worker who said it was her first day she screamed at her and then proceeded to try and cuss her out for not getting my drink ready I’m so sorry for that girl and this establishment obviously needs new management I’m heavily disgusted

The gentleman who took my order tonight was very pleasant and helpful. Antwon went out of his way to help me. I don't see this kind of service very often anymore. I'd recommend offering him a promotion; however, apparently, he's already the manager. Thanks again.

Don’t try and go here before closing. They say they are closed cause they are ‘short handed’ and act like they are managers to keep from getting in trouble. They also have a two star rating on Yelp.
