I drove through the drive-through every time the driver spoke the person in the microphone said in a sharp tone “is that it”or “anything else” and I ordered two sandwiches, and when they read it back, they read back that I had two sandwiches, but they did not ring it up, and when it was mentioned at the window, the sower faced young female behind the window said “you can just go back around”. When I get there I drive around to side of bldg where the service windows are, no one else was in line, and there’s a woman standing there in the shadow of the windows. I was startled when she spoke to me, she asked if she could help me. Very weird that someone was standing outside the window in the dark.
