I’ve had all their dishes, and my favorite is brown stew chicken-the gravy is so good. I don’t believe the negative reviews. I’ve eaten their food over 100 times and it never has disappointed me. “Coming from NYC living in cobb county for 5 years I've been searching for an authentic Jamaican restaurant I finally struck gold. The food at this restaurant is very fresh and delicious. They all were friendly and welcoming. I love the seating area it has a large TV and greenery on the wall along with Bob Marley portraits. They also make authentic Jamaican drinks like Irish moss. Sorrel and over 20 different kind of drinks. Hands down the best Jamaican restaurant in Cobb county.Kid-friendliness: Very spacious and clean.“

“I've been going to Contreju since about 2016. I don't know what the hell these people with these low reviews are talking about. This food is outstanding! I don't know what's wrong with these people's pallets. They obviously don't know good food when they taste it. This food has so much flavor. If I could eat it every day, I would. And the owner is so sweet. She greets me every time I come, and ask me how I'm doing. I would say the people that are saying they are rude, have no respect for their elders. I stand by Contreju.
