I’ve been eating here for over 15 years. Even after moving years ago, I still order and have it delivered. They give you generous portions. I love the tender cabbage. I’ve had all their dishes, and my favorite is brown stew chicken-the gravy is so good. I don’t believe the negative reviews. I’ve eaten their food over 100 times and it never has disappointed me. I had bought me and my family large dinner meals, the oxtail and curry chicken and jerk chicken was good but the rice had a very very odd expired taste as if it was cooked on something that was not clean. Not sure what was going on that night but me and my family only had an issue with the odd tasting

Visiting for the holidays, but used to live right down the street and when I did I ate here all the time. I just ordered and I’m so disappointed because I’ve been waiting to eat here again but it’s just not the same or they’re having an off day. I ordered the curry goat and oxtail and it’s just not seasoned. Neither gravy is what I remember, especially the oxtail and for the price it should be better. :( I really wanted to enjoy my food

I just recently moved up here from Florida. I am Trinidadian. I know my Caribbean food. This place must cater to the white Americans. I ordered a veggie plate and was supposed to have jerk sauce on top. They gave me some brown gravy with no flavor no scotch bonnet no allspice nothing. Flavorless. The cabbage the same flavorless. Only thing good was the plantain. Such a disappointment.

This is my second time getting a dinner plate from here and let me tell you I am not at all disappointed!! Last time I had the brown stew chicken with rice and peas. I let my daughter try a bite and we almost fought over MY PLATE!!! This time I got the Jerk Chicken with rice and pease and let’s just say I shouldn’t got 2 plates: done for today and one for tomorrow!! It really seems like the owner puts her heart into her food because it has been delicious every time! Even the patties are amazing!!! I wish o could give her 10 stars!!!

The lady at the front had a terrible attitude. Food was not great. I recommend just making your own Jamaican food. Would not come again.

Authentically prepared and flavored Jamaican delights. There is limited staff so prepare to be patient if you want some delicious food but it is worth the wait. Order your fish plates in advance of arriving if you desire to dine-in because it is cooked fresh to order and takes time to properly prepare.
