“I had to take my subs back because my bread was so hard I could eat it. And they fixed it but the bread was still a little hard and they said it was fresh. I not going back there. They didn't even offer me something extra. It sucks when you worked all day and can't get a decent sandwich. And the girls that worked there wasn't very friendly and they act like they didn't want to make it right. And it still wasn't right it was still hard that was worst sandwich I ever got from their. They need better help. Because I never got a bad sandwich from their before. When y'all get better help I might consider coming back.☹️???“
“There is a heavy set white lady that's always packing drive thru and making frappes. I ordered a frappe and it tasted like it was mixed with a strawberry milkshake so I took it back to get another one and she said I would have to either wait or come back tomorrow because she had to clean the machine and it would take 2 hours. I know it only takes about 30 minutes to clean it and I told her that and I would wait. She clearly got an attitude and said what the hell ever. I waited 45 minutes and then noticed she was making them for drive thru. I asked the cashier guy if she had made my replacement frappe and I had been waiting 45 minutes. He said she never even cleaned the machine and asked her where my drink was and she said she told me to come back later and she thought I had left. I sat where she could see me and she looked at me a few times. He finally made it himself. Unbelievable!!!!“
“Hubby says food was good service was good but the 4 star atmosphere note the bathrooms were clean but I couldn't get out of the door it was like you were sealed in a vacuum when you entered also they must use the same mop they use for the greasy floors out front because I slid trying to open the door to go out.“
