“I love the fact that this location finally has crinkle cut fries but when I ask for "no-salt" fries....don't say we can't do that because I know you're just lazy. Thousands of people come through your location on a daily basis and some of those people cannot handle the level of salt that you guys and gals put on those things. I used to work at an Arby's before and customer service is always key to a great employee. Next time you should even try to upsale those fries to a large because I really love crinkle cut fries. If I had received great customer service....I would have featured the restaurant on my Instagram food blog. Thank you for your time!“
“Barberitos food is good. But the two times thatI have been inside the restaurant and needed to use the bathroom facilities... there has not been any toilet paper at all. In fact the first time I went in there someone had thrown paper towels in the toilet. I know I am not the only person who has needed the facilities... maybe they are saving money lol idk“
“Everything was good from the food to the drinks to the atmosphere. But it is much too expensive. $30 for 2 medium sandwiches, 2 tiny bags of chips and 2 small beverages? STOP. I commend their giving back to first responders. However, that still doesn't excuse such a price tag. And why does the register automatically ask you to apply a tip??? There is NO table service what-so-EVER... nonsense! It would be the same as tipping the cashier at McDonald's for taking your order. Not going back.“

“They remodeled this drive thru and it is huge and fast. My only complaint is that the nuggets are shrinking. I have a very small appetite and 8 half inch pieces were barely enough for me but I'm sure it's not for most people. That's more about the franchise than the local restaurants.“
