“Only one person working a dinner rush, and that one person (Ethan, I think, hard to tell cuz he was moving so fast his nametag was a blur) needs a raise. I'm a waitress/ restaurant manager so I've seen some things: but I've never seen anyone work through a line so fast, probably averaged about 90 seconds per customer and still did everything perfectly.“
“My family was ordering supper, and we were there a little late around 9:00 or so, my son ordered chicken fingers. When we get to the window, I'm assuming it might have been the manager, told me that she's so sorry but she can't in good conscience give me the chicken fingers that they already had prepared, so she asked if it was okay to make fresh ones.In my opinion, that's going above and beyond these days. Most places would have given hard, dried out chicken fingers. Good job Arby's in Ringgold ?“
“The manager was easy to identify. She was directing front and back very efficiently. Order was taken and delivered quickly. Really liked the air of cooperation among the employees. There was no rush, just the look of everyone doing their job effectively. Nice store.“
“Compelled to write a review tonight after the AMAZING service I received. Late night drive through on the weekend, mistakes are bound to happen! I ordered 2 plain double cheeseburgers & received them all the way. The PROMPTLY fixed my order and had a great attitude about it. Didn’t make me feel bad about bringing the original food back or anything. Very extremely nice! Then they even gave both me and my 5 yo daughter a free pie to make up for getting the burgers mixed up. Mistakes are bound to happen, THIS kind of customer service is the DIFFERENCE though. My daughter was super excited about the pie. I love it. This is true customer service the way it should be. Thank you to the crew that was there on 1/27/24!!! Yall are absolutely amazing!!!“
“Excellent burger, and the girl that took our order was very nice. However, the place was dirty. Their was dropped food under our table. You would think that two burgers, two fries, and two waters for $30...you could keep the floors a little cleaner.“
