“Sandwich was smaller than ever before and bun was moist... the sandwich left a lot to be desired. However, the cashier was absolutely wonderful ?, helpful and very kind. I think this young lady deserves a raise for sure, she was just the best,, I don't remember her name but she truly was a big help to me. I've never been treated so kindly at a restaurant and or just out in public but she did her best to help me while I was in the restaurant . The Store was clean which now days is rare for any fast food restaurant to be clean enough to want to eat in it but this Arby's store in maintained nicely.“
“We had never been to a Zaxby's before but really liked it. We stopped into this one as it was conveniently located almost next door to our hotel. We picked up two salads which were very good. I had the Cobb Zalad with grilled chicken and my wife had the Asian Zensation Zalad. They were almost more than we could eat. The restaurant was clean and staff was friendly.“
“I stop by this location whenever I find myself in or around the Ooltewah area. In the past 5+ visits, the food is always hot and ready and quickly served. On occasion, such as busy days, you may have to wait for 5+ minutes for the food to be prepared and served. So far, I've always been 100% satisfied with this Panda Express location.“
“I'm just gonna come out and say it: I LOVE Lola Beans. I only found out about it a week ago and I've been every day since to pick up my morning coffee, even though it's not on the way to my work. Their menu is extensive, to say the least, and they let you customize your drink with all sorts of flavors and options that you don't find anywhere else, which makes it a way better value than some of the more corporate coffee brewers around the area. More importantly, their drive-thru is FAST, with baristas coming over to your car to take your order before you reach the window. They even take Apple Pay and have a rewards program, so I find it hard to go anywhere else when I've got just a few minutes to make my commute, get some coffee, and go back to work. The place itself is also very cute, perched up on the hill going down East Brainerd in a hard-to-miss spot.“
“It’s what you’d expect, better than any other fast food burger place but way more expensive. Service is always good too. I do wish they upgraded their soda machines. You almost have to finger punch all your selections.Parking: Shares a parking lot with the Walmart Plaza so there’s plenty of parking.“
“The staff was excellent!!!! They were friendly and welcoming. Not only did this amazing crew great and take care of us late at night I witnessed them scrubbing the floor with a scrub brush. I highly recommend this store to everyone in the area!!!!!“
“Great place! One of my favorite places to go to love the food I am always trying new things on the menu and they never disappoint. One of my favorites is the club sub. I came in and Josh helped me he was so great! Very welcoming personality and great service. Best experience at this Franchise. One of my favorite places to go to. “Only one person working a dinner rush, and that one person (Ethan, I think, hard to tell cuz he was moving so fast his nametag was a blur) needs a raise. I'm a waitress/ restaurant manager so I've seen some things: but I've never seen anyone work through a line so fast, probably averaged about 90 seconds per customer and still did everything perfectly.“
