Pelicans never disappoints, especially in the Georgia heat. The staff are mostly teens, but they are respectful and take their time to ensure that they make the perfect snowball. If you have an issue, they are always happy to fix it. Reviews about them being slow is misleading, considering they have to shave the ice and make each order one at a time, I am not sure what people expect. I typically reserve 5-stars for impressive sit-down restaurants, but I was kind of blown away. The small, fenced-in child play area is a great little addition -- especially considering they provide toys. The flavors are great; though you may suffer from "option paralysis."
