It took a while to get my button answered. When it was answered, they were out of ingredients for the special milkshake of the month. I ordered 2 mini shakes and a large shake and small mozzarella sticks. I waited almost 30 minutes while they served the drive through customers. When my items were brought out, the lid was coming off a mini and it overflowed into my car. And the server didn't bring straws. He asked if I needed them after I asked for them.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Went on my lunch break for work. I sat at a stall for 22 minutes and watched the employee sit out front and hang out. I moved from the stall to the drive thru where I sat for another 20 minutes. I pulled to the window and saw two employees inside oblivious to the fact that there are customers there that may be on a time crunch or may want service or food at that. Never once was I acknowledged, nor told to hold on. I had to leave because I wasted my entire lunch break trying to get something to eat. This is the 4th time this has happened at this location. Will not return again. Absolutely terrible customer service. At least try to keep what customers you have left!!

Slow service we had to wait in the hot sun for like 15 minutes for some person to get their food and our food and before this when I ordered our stuff I told the worker there what I wanted and she kept saying huh huh huh even though I spoke loud and clear and then after I ordered a drink she just disappeared for like something minutes and it felt like the worker just ditched mid order. Pretty good food (or in this case good drinks) but bad service

I cannot depend on them doing car side service.Today was the second day that they allowed me to sit at the little car side service area, even though they were not offering that service todayAll they had was drive-through.They should have put some sort of sign on the little car side ordering kiosk to let us know they were not offering that service

Worst experience ever at a sonic. 17 minutes for 2 burgers. Had to go to the doors to ask about my order. Was it allowed in, a voice from behind the doors said " oh they will be ok" nope never go again.
The atmosphere is awesome and so is the service and everything on the menu is really good food however I have a problem with the sonic blast I ordered a chocolate chunk brownie and barley got ANY BROWNIES I mostly just got these thin little chocolate pieces and it wasn't even mixed well...
I only gave one star because there isn't an option for no stars. We went there tonight to get the double cheeseburgers that are advertised at $1.99. We ordered four (after waiting 10 minutes to give our order and we were the only car in the drive thru) only to be told that they are out of the patties for hamburgers. How does this happen on a promotional item? This was the final straw for us. Last three visits have been awful.Parking: only positive here. Always plenty of parking
