We gave the Snack Shack another try and it did not disappoint. Cheeseburger was great and the spicy fries are so yummy! Staff was friendly as well. If you haven’t given them a try… do. They won’t disappoint.Original review: Went to place an order at 7:34 and was told that their grill of off so they could not serve us… open sight was CLEARLY on and says your are open until 8… not a great first experience at all and I may not go back if this is how you run your business.Cant rate the food since they wouldn’t serve us…”

“This bakery is really worth a visit! The store's owner is an extremely kind, cute and funny woman. You will feel the warmth and joy every time you come here. Her cakes are delicious and special. Each cake is meticulously made, using fresh ingredients and professional baking techniques. The wonderful taste of each piece of cake will delight you. The special thing is that the cake decoration is very beautiful. She has the ability to decorate cakes delicately and creatively, creating works of art on each cake. Additionally, the customer service here is also great. You will be welcomed enthusiastically and warmly. “Our party loved everything about Mac's Kitchen and Bar. The server, Schwa (sp?) was attentive, helpful, and did a wonderful job describing the food and drinks. Every plate we received was made with care. The cornbread, cabbage, grits and greens, beets, mushroom hummus and carrots were all amazing! The brisket was described as resembling a large piece of chocolate cake, and it tasted even better than it looked! The bread pudding was fresh and delicious! I can't wait to go back, and I will enthusiastically recommend Mac's to all of my friends.”

“This place is great! I had tenderloin egg and cheese biscuit. My husband had bacon and cheese.It's funny to me that ppl would complain that the tater tots are greasy. They are fried potato.We did not have a cinnamon roll but man they looked amazing.We even saw a guy with his dog in the drive-thru line with his dog. That dog obviously knew what he was in line for. He was being really good and very attentive.They also do a cooking class on making biscuits.I did not like the gravy but I am a homemade gravy snob so don't hold that against them.”

We have been so disappointed in many restaurants serving “cheap versions” of authentic food but the food here was original and well prepared. We started with the pimento cheese & GF toast, and split the RC burger & broken potatoes for our entree. The portion of potatoes was very generous, and could easily be split between 2-3 people. Staff was friendly & attentive, even on a busy Saturday night. We ate inside for our date night, but the outdoor seating is perfect for mild weather. Highly recommend making a reservation at least a couple days in advance. Will definitely be back!”

“Excellent experience and even better food. Walked in on a whim and was greeted by the owner. He and his staff took great care of me and my friend. Had the short rib and ordered the brussel sprouts…both were exceptional. Short rib was tender, flavor was balanced and plentiful, and the sides paired well with it. The bacon on the brussel sprouts was wonderful. Great experience and will definitely go back!Parking: Parking is located in the rear. Easy to miss the alley way to access it. “Amazing! Where do I even begin! The atmosphere reminiscent of a steak house I loved called Starks in Northern California. You smell the smokey wood fire smell with none of the downside. Air is clear and fresh. Kitchen is visible from most the restaraunt. Server Robbie was truly a server. He gave great suggestions and was very attentive. On his suggestion I tried the whipped feta appetizer which came with fresh made pita. I love feta but this was a whole new level with honey in the center. My husband ordered buttermilk fried chicken. It was tender and juicy on inside and nice crispy on the outside. Entrees are A la carte. I ordered the charred gem lettuce and wood oven roasted fingerling sweet potatoes. Hubbie shared all my sides and tried some of his chicken. Perfect meal! Then we ordered dessert. Because really that's why we came. My coworker raved about their tres leches cake. And it was topped with fresh whipped cream not from a can.hand whipped. Yummy. We will be back. So satisfied. Definitely fine dining but not snobby and dress as you like.”
