The Lord's Chicken be hittin! Add the gooey mac and the savory waffle fries with those delectable sauces. It's an unbeatable combination. It's a pleasure to come here every week.

Came in with littles during a rain storm. It was busy but there was no line and the dining room staff was constantly cleaning to keep tables available. Compared to other locations, seating is minimal but we didn’t have an issue grabbing a table! Food was quick and excellent!

In many years of eating at server al Chick Fil A this is the first time I will give this location a one star, not because of the food but the way my whole experience was today.
We arrived at 8:35pm and we decided to skipped the drive through and go dine in, as soon as I walked in with my 2 little girls, the girl on the counter gave us a look ughh … we weren’t greeting with the warm “how may we serve you today?”
She seem agitated and in a rush, she had her purse already roped around her … so I assumed she was about to go…I started to tell her what I wanted and she kept saying is that it? And I’m trying as fast as a can to get her the order with my 2 indecisive little girls. But I get to where I want and I said “can I have new maple bacon sandwich and make it a meal”?
She is like yes.. plugs it in tell me how much I pay and go sit.
Upon inspection if my receipt I see she plug my items for my order individually instead as a meal.
(For my bacon maple sandwich meal)
Then a sweet blonde guy brought us our meal, and I inquire with him why the cashier might have done that. He says come with me I’ll refund ur money and make it a meal. That he believes meals are cheaper but he can check for me.
We go to the counter and I see the girl still working the line for drive thru with her purse just ready to go (never in years of coming to a chik fil a I’ve seen that)… so we get to the counter and the sweet guy was just about to make things right when here comes the lady that wants to leave again and ask the guy what’s happening …he explains and she says I’ll handle it and she goes on to tell me that is the same price, that I wouldn’t be saving anything by making it a meal.
Naive me I’m not a chick fil a know it all and said to her “oh I’ve always assume if u make it a meal it’s cheaper” then in a condescending way she told me no she did it that way because is the same. It seems she knows all there is so I was not gonna go back and forth with a younger person.
At this point I bit my tongue, I went back pulled the app and saw that she stood incorrectly, it’s cheaper when u make it a meal not by a lot, it’s dollars … but it’s the principle, there’s no need to lie, or make excuses, I know she prob had an exhausting day and is ready to go, which from the other reviews it seems they are eager to shut and if u come late it might not be the level of service like in other chick fil a.
I am exhausted too, I’m paying for the experience me and my kids will have everytime we come to chick fil a
But my husband and I work hard for a dollar, someone like Mr Truett would know how hard it is to earn money in a decent manner, I don’t want my dollar with some cents back keep it, it’s the principle, it’s the standard drop because I’m in a rush to go so I’m gonna make the clients from this franchise pay for it.
The blonde guy apologize after she left and try to refund my money but I told him not to worry about it that I would just leave a review by the door of the restaurant.
(Which the feedback cards were out when I walk by the door so maybe here will have a more lasting impression)
I’m disappointed with the service better luck to all that come through this girls path when it’s closing time

It’s rare for me to talk about a good experience with chick-fil-a as they all usually deliver. I can’t say the same about this place, this place has beyond the customer service that usual chick-fil-a delivers. I’ve never been to a location where they open the door for you, or where they politely check on you on your visit. This was by far my best experience.

So, I was coming back from road trip vacation and wanted something to eat because I was starving. I guess when I was looking for something in my suitcase I forgot to zip it up, so my clothes spilled in my backseat. I’ve been mindlessly driving… trying to get home, so I wasn’t really paying attention. One kid took my order and another kid with blond hair kept staring at my backseat while I was ordering. You would think I had something illegal while this kid kept mindlessly staring at my backseat, while another employee beside him did his job. My suitcase was clearly visible so common sense would’ve kicked in. Then as I drove off “OMG SHE HAD A LOT OF STUFF IN HER CAR!!!1!” Really loudly. I know they’re kids but like don’t talk about someone really loudly and they’re about a car length away from you. Once again common sense, which isn’t really common I guess. The food was typical chick fil a food so no complaints there.Training can only take employees far, but politeness starts at home. Do you really need a chicken franchise to teach you common sense and manners? Before you start I’m from the same generation as the employee I’m an older Gen Z.
