Not what I was expecting. The vegetables were soggy and poorly prepared. The Tofu seemed stale like it had been fried a few days ago. Very disappointed

In all honesty the food is good. But I was really hoping for some hibachi, ramen and bento box due to the yelp photos of the menu. All of which are gone. (Based on what I hear from the other patrons I'm not the only one that's disappointed here). Even the name is different on the menu. The good: egg roll is surprisingly good. Shrimps are very large. The bad: food took a bit long to come. Lunch combo doesn't come with any soup. Utensils are all disposable plastic even for dining in. This place is probably best for takeout instead.

The food was good. Portions were larger than normal. The items on the lunch menu were not your typical Chinese food items, forcing you to eat/order from the regular menu. For example, I wanted chicken fried rice (not on the lunch menu...what??). The regular menu price was $9. If it was on the lunch menu, I would have paid ~$7.50 and that would have included soup! The server was very attentive! I like this place.

Anyone who says this is "authentic Japanese ramen" is straight up lying to you. I've eaten enough packaged ramen to know it when I see it. Egg was cold and hardboiled, not soft. Nasty. would never come back.

I just wanna start out that I'm very very very picky about my food!! Shouldn't be a bad thing right?!? Anyways..I moved here from out of town and it's hard enough finding standards up to your likings..I have to say it like that but again I'm picky! So with all that being said I have to congratulate China star!!! I'm sooooo impressed cause it's very rare to match your likings allot of the times on spot!!! Thank you and yes yes yes I will be returning!!!..... Don't change a thing!!!!

Absolutely the worst sesame chicken I've ever had, it appeared to be under cooked, soggy batter, and the sizes were way too big instead of bite sized like most Chinese restaurants. If i wasn't on my lunch break i would have taken it back and asked for a refund.

I decided to give them a try since they are under new management. I order teriyaki salmon that came with miso soup, rice and a salad. My boyfriend ordered teriyaki sirloin steak and chicken well done and that also came with miso soup,rice and salad. They burnt my salmon a little but it still tasted good so it didn't bother me. I order it to be delivered to me and the delivery was fast and he was also friendly. Overall I was satisfied with my order and the taste was good. ( sorry my salmon was missing 2 pieces but I was hungry lol)
