Trash. The people who work here are jerks. My wife and I walked in at 8:40PM, waited patiently for 5-7 minutes until someone noticed us. Front desk is closed you have to go through drive through! Nothing else. I said put a sign up or something, my response? You’re welcome!

I pulled up to this KFC drive-through and placed an order for 12 nuggets and a large fry. I was asked to pull aside and they will bring my order to me because the nuggets were not ready. 10 minutes later I calmly went into the kfc, because they are human and forgot the order. I went to the counter with my receipt and calmly said I’d like to just get my order. The young man apologized for my wait and brought me a bag and said here is my order. I walked out, checked the order in my car and it still was not right. So, since I was in my car I drove back through the drive through and told them that I am missing the large fry I paid for. That was my second experience having to go into the restaurant to get my drive-through order. There is opportunity for improvement.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The lobby is never open. There are utility truck drivers, landscapers, garbage truck drivers, dump truck drivers, etc. that can't take their truck in the drive thru. The lobby could at least be open for people to get orders.

I only went here out of necessity. Wanted something quick.Well, so much for "fast food". :(The dining area was locked, so it's drive thru only. There were probably 5 cars in front of me. It seriously took about 30 MINUTES to get my food. Once I got up to the be the 3rd car remaining, I could see that it took the car in the front 5 minutes to get their food from when they pulled up. The next car took about 2 minutes because they made them pull around to wait for their food (and they were still waiting when we finally got ours). Once I pulled up, I had to wait 5 minutes for my food. Unacceptable!The food was actually decent. But it's definitely less enjoyable when you have to wait 30 minutes. FYI, why not put a sign in front of the doors saying "DRIVE THRU ONLY"???? I saw several people pull up and waste their time getting out of their cars, only to walk up to locked doors.ETA: Just reading some of the older reviews, it clear that management doesn't care about all of the bad reviews (and the customers). Rarely are they getting addressed here, and for the 1 review that they did reply to, it's basically "sorry for your bad experience". No attempt to make it right (despite the customer only getting half of the food they paid for). Wow. People need to contact corporate. Not sure if that will help though.

I would give negative stars if I could. First they didn't give us all our order. When we asked them to give us the rest of our items and give us fresh food since the food was cold and looked it had been sitting for hours. They told us they couldn't. Then we asked for a refund and they said they couldn't because no manager was here. So we asked for our receipt and once again they could give us that because they needed a manager for this. They proceeded to get loud with us even though we were talking in calm voice and we were the ones with the messed up order. Filed a complaint with corporate. Absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. Their whole staff should be fired.

Stay away from this place. On 3 occasions I've had to return my order. Burnt chicken, not the pieces I ordered, or they are out of something mid day it's always something. Worst fast food in the area. If you want chicken go to Publix in the same plaza. I will never ever ever return this location. I AM DONE!!!!!!!

I live extremely close to this location that is why I still torture myself and go back. I went in for lunch today and get a famous bowl. The employees said they were only doing drive through, fair enough. It took 37 minutes to get what I ordered in the drive through. Mind you there were only two vehicles in front of me. Once I got to the window I was informed there was no ice? It's 93 degrees out today and no ice? Between the dining room not being open, it taking over a half an hour and no ice...what gives? The owner of this establishment should close his doors, regroup and come up with a better plan. This is what fast food dining has become?

I order through the app and when I arrived they only had white meat left. (The app didn't specify that) Chad the manager was so nice and offered to cook me fresh dark meat! He even walked it to my car. Thanks Chad for making my night.

Service was bad. I asked for nuggets and he told me there's only tenders left. On the menu there an option for 5 tenders, but he told me I had to get 6 pcs of tenders. I said ok, then he told me to pull up. He said $7.59, I paid and drove away. I should have checked first. When I got home there were only 3 pcs of tenders and 2 cold rock-hard biscuits.DON'T COME TO THIS LOCATION.
