“This Jimmy John's is located inside the Inspire Brands building and has a digital forward approach. You are only able to place orders online or via the app. You cannot walk up to the kiosk to play an order and you cannot pay in person with cash/card. I often frequent this location because of how convenient it is to work. I can easily grab a sandwich and take it with me. The man who usually works to place the completed orders out is super friendly. They do get busy during peak lunch hours but seem to have a good system down to get everyone's orders out in a timely fashion. The entire reason why I broke down and finally got Apple Pay was so that I could order sandwiches from here while I'm at work. Even though we live in a very digital age, I loathe being forced to be more connected than I'd like to be. That's the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5.“
