“My children asked for this a lot, and I enjoy taking them. The gumball machine with the clear ramp down which the ball's go around and around is another.The doughnuts are delicious, and affordable. The staff is always helpful and kind, and I am sure we will all be back soon“
“I stopped by this Dunkin location on a Thursday morning to pick up treats for my team at the office. There was a long line but it went quickly! I was so impressed, I think my entire time in line was 5 minutes. I ordered a matcha latte(delicious) and two dozen mixed donuts. They had a poster of a suggestion for a mixed order which I replicated. Made ordering very easy. My primary inspiration to review this location is because the staff are so friendly! I've been back since and the same gentleman is just so patient and friendly he and the team deserve recognition.“

“The location is good for a quick bite. They have a wide variety of food like donuts, coffee, tea ect. You can order ahead and in store. My four star review is because my bagel did not taste fresh and my ice coffee was watered down. The quality of there product has gone bad it would seem, either that order I just got the bad batch that morning. I will go back again just to see if I was wrong about the quality going down. I still recommend this location because the hot coffee is always good paired with a glazed donut.“
“If this is the Dunkin on Concourse D, then go there. At 9:30pm, I drag myself off one plane and need a cup of decaf joe before my last segment. I approached the counter placed my order. The woman taking orders kindly said no. A guy popped out from the beyond the wall/partition and said yes, we still have some. Hoorey! All three of us expressed our happiness. I re-confirmed this is decaf because if it isn't I will have a heart attack. Both talked at once. No ma'am this is decaf. So off I went to my next flight with a darn fine cup of joe. No issues. Two people in the world telling the truth.“

The tall male worker was very patient with me and my friend when she ordered a lot. The doughnuts do taste old and the atmosphere is subpar, but overall it’s not that bad. I would recommend the Dunkin on Piedmont over this one though.“
“I came in today and it was busy! I worked in food service specifically with drinks so I know it’s hard. I ordered a peppermint mocha and I felt bad because I asked for the worker to put cream in it. When she made it it was definitely the best drink I’ve ordered from this location! I appreciate the staff for working so hard!“
“I often get mobile orders from this particular Dunkin because it's on my way to work and also I'm making runs between my firm's locations. The mobile orders are always quick, delicious, and correct. The staff is always courteous and kind. And I'm thankful for them for making my day run more smoothly. I wish I could tip them on my mobile orders. Please give those people a raise. “There was a cute little short female in there with braids and a ponytail who didn't even look at the monitor to see if my order was prepared before she said it wasn't prepared that's annoying and do better but at the same time I know these places are barely paying us so I get the vibe. There was a young man who was extremely helpful immediately looked at the Monitor and got my order together, it's Dunkin Donuts so the food is only going to be so good pretty greasy. I think there's got to be better out there even donut wise. Would not necessarily recommend this location“
