Late Air 2805 Bull St, Savannah Bar • $$$

“The atmosphere at Late Air is exceptional. No matter the season, a chill in the air, or sweltering humidity, the ambiance is Hot and Chill! The wine is like no other in the region sourced from near and far. I am told that in most cases the wineries are visited by the owners and operators Madeline and Colin. This greatly adds to the mystic because if you are lucky enough to be there when they are (which is highly likely), they may tell you a heartfelt story of how that particular wine made its way to Savannah and your palette. The food pairings are of a level of sophistication yet approachable. The menu changes often so make certain to follow them in insta and FB for the current offerings. Cheers!”

“A fantastic friend suggested this spot for a delightful meal with live music, so my wife and I decided to give it a go last Friday night—and boy, were we impressed! Cary welcomed us with such a warm smile and positive energy that we knew we were in for a special night. Following her recommendation, we ordered the potato leek soup and the Reuben sandwich, and let me tell you, it was an absolute winning combo! The corned beef was just out of this world and complemented the soup perfectly. And that Bloody Mary Cary made? It was simply extraordinary! I absolutely adored the selection of pickled garnishes she put together . The service was outstanding, and the live music was fantastic. We promised Cary we’d come back to sample everything on the menu. We expressed our gratitude for how she made our night unforgettable, and she asked us to skip the tip and just write a great review for The Snug instead—that felt like the perfect gesture! Naturally, we did both! My wife even joked about reaching out to the mayor to rave about that incredible Bloody Mary! The Snug has definitely won our hearts, and we can’t wait to return!”

Peregrin 256 E Perry St, Savannah Bar • $$

“Went up to Peregrin just before sunset and stayed until the sun fully dipped below the skyline. It was absolutely gorgeous. The city and the bridge slowly getting washed in that deep orange glow is one of those simple but memorable Savannah moments.

It was mellow when we arrived — likely because it was a bit cold — which honestly made it even better. No chaos, no fighting for space at the railing. Just a relaxed rooftop atmosphere with one of the best views in the city.

I ordered the Wingspan, and it was balanced and genuinely delicious. Not overly sweet, not overly boozy — just well made. Exactly what you want while watching the sun go down.

Pricing is about what you’d expect for a rooftop bar at a high-end hotel. If anything, maybe even a touch more reasonable considering the setting.

If you’re in Savannah, this is a perfect pre-dinner move: one drink, take in the sunset, and enjoy the view. Would absolutely do it again.”

And when you exit, that’s when you pay your tab. I will say with that method, it’s easy to spend money here. We went to 3 different restaurants and none of them told us our total. Just said they added it to the tab. Granted, we could have asked. We ordered from bowties and the food was fresh & hot. Beware it does have a tang to it. Maybe lime or vinegar? I’m glad I tried it but I would not order it again. This juice on the other hand was delicious! It did cost $10 for a 12 oz. I was hesitant spending that much on juice. “Quinn's is not flashy but the food is exceptional! The food was wonderful, fresh, delicious. The staff is energetic, friendly and capable. The cooks do an excellent job. Eating here (twice) was honestly one of the highlights of our Savannah visit (and we did a LOT while we were here). When we are next ANYWHERE near Savannah, we'll make a trip to Quinn's for the pleasure of revisiting what feels like an old friend. Quinn, the owner, works just as hard as the rest of the staff. Everyone we saw was constantly moving. Think "whirling dervishes!" On our first visit, we saw a wide variety of customers-business people, tourists, locals, singles, couples, groups. I didn't notice anyone that seemed unhappy and everyone seemed to enjoy the food and the visit. On our second visit, we made it a point to be the first ones in the restaurant (which opens at 0630 but Tripadvisor wouldn't let me put in that time). We arrived probably at 0633 and soon after a steady stream of people (most likely locals) came in to start their day. Although they were constantly on the go, the staff somehow managed to carve out time to talk with us, talk about the business and generally engage. Amazing and such an absolute refreshing touch! We had the definite pleasure of being one of the first customers for one of Quinn's relatives (also an interesting story). She was very new to the electronic order system but Quinn was patient and our server was diligent making sure everything was correct. Quinn is clearly a "hands on" owner. She and her entire staff seem to enjoy what they do and take great pride in providing excellent service and food. Our dining experience was an absolute pleasure. Bottom line: Go to Quinn's - excellent food, exceptional service, fantastic atmosphere and overall a wonderful experience. I hope Quinn's Breakfast and Lunch continues to enjoy phenomenal success!”

“First, the manager that waited on us was very good and accommodating - that was great. The taste of the food, the flavors, and the freshness of the fruit topping were all good. HOWEVER - A few things were "off" though: 1) I was handed a breakfast menu just before switching to brunch time and my menu had noticeable food/soiling on it on both sides. When I asked the host for a clean menu, she switched to the brunch but that menu also had a sticky mark on it. 2) When my wife joined and pulled the table toward her, she ended up putting her hand on something messy/sticky on her end of the table and on the side - not a good sign for proper cleaning. 3) The food was delivered barely warm - especially the French toast. My wife requested the maple syrup to be warmed up and they forgot to do that so she had cold French toast with room temp syrup. My avocado toast has a cold pouched egg on top. Overall, not a strong impression for this moderately pricey eating experience.”

“The Lost Square and Alpine Village at the Alida Hotel provided a delightful experience. The food was delicious, drinks were great and service was excellent. The rooftop yurt, designed like a ski lodge, offers an intimate setting. The rooftop bar right outside the yurts is first come first serve and boasts beautiful scenery, heaters for colder days, and live music, making it a well-rounded and enjoyable venue. A friendly reminder to adhere to reservation times for the Alpine Village Experience as there’s a 90 minute reservation time and if you do not leave at the requested time, someone is waiting right outside the yurts and it throws everyone’s reservation off and it’s not only inconvenient for the guests but also the wait staff because they need to reset the yurt before you can be seated, which includes cleaning, sanitizing, new candles, blankets, etc. Recommend the Port City Spritz, which may be my new favorite drink, the ceviche, cheddar drop biscuits and the fried chicken. Make sure and add the S’mores bar as a final treat! The food was seriously my favorite part. Overall a great experience and I look forward to seeing what the Lost Square has next year for the holidays.”

“The atmosphere is very dark and sexy located at the bottom of the Alida Hotel. The service was friendly, but sometimes could lack attention. But the food quality surpasses everything, and it is definitely worth a visit. The prices are not that high you would spend just as much money as going to a P.F. Chang's or a Cheesecake Factory. This was a little bit too salty for me but for the appetizer we got CRISPY CALAMARI BANANA PEPPERS, CALABRIAN CHILIS, PARSLEY, CILANTRO, ROSEMARY AIOLI. My main entree was the best burger I have ever had. It was the first time I could eat a burger without it sliding off the bun. From the bun to the sauce to the cheese and pickles everything was perfection. RHETT SMASH BURGER TWO BEEF PATTIES, AMERICAN CHEESE, RED ONION, PICKLES, NORFOLK SAUCE, OLD BAY FRIES. The passed appetizers were creative, delicious, and beautifully presented—our guests are still raving about them! Dinner was phenomenal, with every plate served hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The drinks were flowing all night thanks to the private bar, which gave the reception such an exclusive, intimate feel. While the dance floor was small, it added to the charm and brought everyone together in the best way—it felt personal and joyful rather than over-the-top. The room itself is breathtaking, and somehow it only became more stunning as the night went on. The lighting, the architecture, the ambiance—it all created this romantic, glowing atmosphere that was the perfect backdrop to such a special celebration. The staff was flawless—attentive, professional, and always one step ahead. They made sure every guest felt cared for, and we felt completely at ease knowing they had everything under control. The Tea Room 14 E Macon St, Savannah Tea • $$

“We were visiting Savannah (like everyone else) and stopped here to buy some tea. The selection of teas is quite vast, but the staff was incredibly helpful in navigating them, and providing some helpful insight. We tried some teas that were unique to the shop, and really enjoyed the entire process, from learning about tasting notes, to trying some varieties, and ultimately drinking some while we walked around Savannah. The prices are very reasonable for high end teas, either bagged or brewed for a cup in person. We’d go back in a heartbeat.”

Miyabi Kyoto Steak House 200 Eisenhower Dr, Savannah Japanese • $$

“Let me start off by saying I have never been to one of these places before. My cousin suggested we go there. I was not disappointed. Not only was the food excellent but the entertainment of the cook was top-notch. All of us were basically served two meals in one. The steak with some of the most tender that I have ever eaten. The Miso soup they give you at the beginning is something I wish I could recreate. I've never had a soup that tasted like it had crackers already in it. Very unique. The rice was extremely flavorful, the shrimp and chicken cooked to perfection. Birthday parties abound and the show they put on for each birthday what's fun.”

“Semi regular customers. On 11/2/25 stopped for lunch. Ordered bacon cheeseburger, and onion rings. Husband ordered chili dog. We waited well over 30 minutes to receive our order. Know a burger takes a bit of time, however, the onion rings were so salty as to be non edible, and tough. Be awhile before we go back”

“The food was delicious, but the waiter's attitude was terrible. I heard from a friend that they forced us to tip, but I didn't believe it at first. Today, after experiencing it myself, I realized that my friend was right. The service attitude was terrible. They didn't respond when I called them, and they were noisy and rude. As a result, when I went to the front desk to pay, the waiter followed me, asked me to swipe the card, pointed to the tip column and the name column and asked me to sign the tip and my name. The most speechless thing for me was that the lady at the front desk didn't stop them. My God, this is simply a rogue.”

“The Pirate’s House is a neat spot with a lot of history and character. The building itself is very old and full of charm, and it’s interesting to walk through the different rooms and read about the past. The food was good — classic Southern dishes with generous portions. We tried the fried chicken and shrimp & grits, and both were solid. Service was friendly and helpful. Two Cracked Eggs Cafe 202 E Bay St, Savannah Breakfast • $$

“⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ out of ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ My husband and I visited Savannah for the weekend and decided to try Two Cracked Eggs Cafe before checking out and hitting the road home. It was only a short walk down from our hotel on the Bay Street side . Husband ordered a breakfast sandwich and I ordered their River Street Rambler. The Cathead biscuits are huge and taste good while still warm. The sausage on both of our selections were scant. You’d expect a patty or sliced link, however; what they used on both was sausage that is approx one tablespoon that is diced (like onion.) Expensive (over $30 for both) for what you get, possibly due to the touristy location. The biscuits themselves are good and for this reason, I would still recommend trying them out.”

“Excellent! I’m a Savannah native but no longer live there. I visit every 6 months or so. I went to the Wexford with family. We had a wonderful experience. I had a Rueben that was delicious. My mom had the pot roast sandwich and my brother had the fish and chips; both were excellent and very large portions. We also had the chicken bites appetizer with honey, which was so yummy. Our server was very friendly and attentive. There was a duo of ladies singing traditional Irish and Scottish songs. They were very good and engaged with the audience. I can’t wait to come back and bring my wife.

If you’re a Disney fan and enjoy Raglan Road Irish Pub in Disney Springs like I do, you will love the Wexford! I would love to see the Wexford replicate Raglan’s Dalkey Duos.”

Philly Flava 12313 Largo Dr, Savannah Fast Food • $

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 I don’t say this lightly: this place brought real Philly energy straight to Savannah, GA. One bite in and I had to double-check my GPS because my taste buds were convinced I was standing on a street corner in South Philly. The steak is perfectly seasoned, juicy, and piled high like they mean it. The bread? Soft on the inside, just enough crunch on the outside. The cheese melts into every corner like it was born for this sandwich. Fast, friendly service, zero shortcuts, and all heart. If you’re craving an authentic Philly cheesesteak without a road trip, this is the spot. Savannah, protect this place at all costs. 10/10. No crumbs left. 🥩🧀🔥”
