My wife and I went for a unique dining experience and we got it. They had various types of game meat available We had the venison and duck and the meal was exquisite. Service was excellent and the ambiance was perfect. Not too loud or noisy

I wish I had more time to revisit this establishment while I was in town. I appreciate the effort to provide unique plates with a rotating variety of exotic meats. Thr short ribs were delicious along with the cotton candy glazed duck. Both were tender and good portions.. the cotton candy glaze was not super sweet as you'd expect but complimented tge other ingredients. The preparation, ambiance and service are great. A nice scene for a date night.

Dinner for three instead of four. All three of us were impressed. We started with a cocktail. Had the alligator fritters, Boquerones and Crawfish salad, to share on the table. One had the sea bass special, one had the venison, and I had the antelope special. Peanut Butter pie and Banana Cheesecake for dessert. Great dinner.

This was a phenomenal culinary experience. The food was next level but the best part was our amazing server Bethany. Her careful curation and pacing of our meal as well as thoughtful recommendations made this a shared food journey my friends and I will never forget. Highlights: hummus with lemon seasoned ants, candied alligator, frogs legs, duck, antelope steak, and banana cream pie!

First experience with Alligator Soul. Service was great. Had Alligator fritters, strawberry salad, crispy frog legs, scallops and shrimp, and brunswick gumbo at our table. Going back tonight for a couple of menu items that we didn't have room for. Would definitely recommend.

What a great find.....very unique and very friendly and excellent FOOD!!!
We loved the cellar ambience and the food was amazing. Tables are nicely spaced out and it was pleasantly quiet. Alligator and chorizo Mac n' cheese was the best my husband ever had. Unfortunately we had a new server and he rushed our entire dinner, from the bread service through our entrees. It ruined the experience.

Several disappointments. I ordered an appetizer, my wife only hoped for bread service. Tables around us got bread before appetizers, we did not. Finally I asked for it. Server named Sarah said “Bread can come at any time, I bring it with entree.” But she was the server for the other tables. Clearly she made a mistake and tried to cover it up with a lie. Next, my $53 entree was served cold. I told Sarah about it and she said she would tell the manager. He never came out to apologize. I think she lied again. Could have been a nice evening except for this. Sarah was tipped approximately for her behavior. Lies don't work. Now, let's see if the manager cares enough to reply to this.

I think as someone who’s worked in food service etc it’s important to remember every costumer is valued not just those that may appear big spenders. I felt very uncomfortable and was not attended to the same way as other costumers. I would never recommend this restaurant the food was good but the quality of the service ruined the experience.
