I wish I had more time to revisit this establishment while I was in town. I appreciate the effort to provide unique plates with a rotating variety of exotic meats. Thr short ribs were delicious along with the cotton candy glazed duck. Both were tender and good portions.. the cotton candy glaze was not super sweet as you'd expect but complimented tge other ingredients. The preparation, ambiance and service are great. A nice scene for a date night.
Dinner for three instead of four. All three of us were impressed. We started with a cocktail. Had the alligator fritters, Boquerones and Crawfish salad, to share on the table. One had the sea bass special, one had the venison, and I had the antelope special. Peanut Butter pie and Banana Cheesecake for dessert. Great dinner.
