Leopold’s has the BEST tasting ice cream I’ve ever had!! I love ice cream and I eat it yearround. Don’t be deterred by the line. Staff work as quickly as possible to serve you.
So the line was long, it took is about 30 minutes to get in the door. The ice cream was good but the service could have been better. There were 5 of us trying to get ice cream, one person tried to take our order, didn't write anything down. 3 of us got the wrong stuff and 1 person they didn't get anything for him at all. After we told them again, they got busy and didn't make it again. So everyone was able to finish their ice cream before our 5 person even go there's. I feel like...read full review

Love the ice cream, however, a few opportunities exist: *Friendlier staff *Menu available before customers get to the counter *Lower the prices! Doesn't matter how premium a product might be, Leopold's could lower their prices since they do such a high volume of sales and still make tons of $$$.
