Almost every time I order here the person taking my order is rude and rushed me through my order, this last time I had to say "I'm not finished ordering" twice bc the person kept giving me total and telling me to drive around.
I did an order on the app and ordered a few things. One of those things being a frosty. When I got there and went through the drive thru, they said everything was ready. When I received my food, I didn’t receive my frosty. When I asked about it, I had to show them my receipt to prove I had ordered one. They then told me the machine wasn’t working. What a GREAT staff! Placed a mobile order. Was greeted at the door, food was prompt and hot. Staff was unbelievably nice to each other. This was a very refreshing change from what I normally see in a fast food place. Ya’ll were awesome. Keep it up!
