We went tonight because my son wanted a milkshake. It was 8:31 and the employee said they don't do them after 8:30. We've frequented many other times this late and never been denied. When I questioned the change she said it was because they would have to clean the equipment. Why would an ice cream place clean it with 30 minutes left until closing?
I have been coming here for a few years and always had a pleasant experience. Staff was always nice, restaurant always clean, and food super yummy. But today I had the best experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Jeremi helped me out and was so nice and personable! I wasn't sure what to get but he gave me his personal recommendations and wished me a blessed day. Definitely will be coming back here!

Ditto on the above review about the times!! The past three or four times that we have come to the Sharpsburg Baskin-Robbins they have been closed before the time listed on the door and on the website. Customer service is lacking!! Poor management.
