I have been getting a medium ice coffee with 5 cream 5 sugar from Dunkin Donut chains for a long time from other franchises. I got my drink it practically look like milk with no coffee and the girl put so much liquid sugar I literally had to open my car door and spit it out. I had my daughter and my guest taste it and they too spit it out. Guys don’t go to this Location if their employees get your order wrong and literally takes them 15 min for 3 things at the end to have only your coffee ready and wait another 10 min on a beagle that had nothing on it. They will call the police on you and tell them that you wanted to hit them and their life was in danger hahaha because you want your money back. Avoid this location! Have given this place too many chances. 20 minutes in the drive thru to get 2 coffees. The app falsely claims you can pick up your order in the lobby and go, but then you get here and the lobby is closed. This requires you to wait in an extremely slow drive thru line. Until they can get properly staffed, find another spot for coffee in the morning.
