First time in. I will say, it is on the pricey side but, you are getting what you pay for and that is good quality. Highly recommend stopping by to look at what they have, hear their story, and walk away with the best steak you can buy in town.
My husband and I stopped in Saturday and picked up several things(steak, pork chops, venison). I honestly thought I had fallen for some crazy sales pitch but that Ribeye Spinalis we bought was the best steak of my life. So good and tender- we will be back for more!!! Thanks for taking the time to explain the cut to an uninformed customer
