My husband and I stopped in Saturday and picked up several things(steak, pork chops, venison). I honestly thought I had fallen for some crazy sales pitch but that Ribeye Spinalis we bought was the best steak of my life. So good and tender- we will be back for more!!! Recently purchased a prime rib roast for a dinner party. I was a colossal pain in the butt with 1 million questions. It’s an investment buying a piece of meat like this. They were very patient with me, answered all my questions, and the meal turned out incredibly well. People are still commenting on how good the prime rib was. Thank you for making me look like the hostess with the mostest and tolerating my endless questions!

Hands down the best butcher around. Try the A5 for a dinner party appetizer, you will never look at steak the same. Oh and you have to get some of their flavored butters. So delicious.

Wagyu Flank was perfect for Carne Asada, very tender. Grilled over post oak and mesquite with SPG, great butter flavor!

High end products with friendly knowledgeable staff. Meats and seafood are all of high quality. The prepackaged sides are outstanding. It is not going to replace the grocery store, but if you need something to make a special meal, this is your place.

We are brand new to Sharpsburg from Southern CA, and we'd not found a place to buy fresh seafood since arriving. We were just talking the night before how we had to find a seafood market since we typically eat it multiple times a week. Well my wish was answered the next morning when I was told about Cleaver & Cork! So today I went in and got introduced to all they offer. I left with salmon for our dinner tonight, and 3 bottles of wine (a chard, a cab, and a blend). My bestie lives on a vineyard in Sonoma so I've been spoiled royally by the wines they have introduced me to. I haven't opened any of these yet but am very excited to try them as they aren't carried just anywhere down here. The salmon was everything and more that they promised, and we both died and went straight to heaven! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Of course it's higher priced than what you will find at the grocery, but there is absolutely NO comparison. Period. This is worth every red cent and I plan to be a very very regular customer from here forward. I'm planning to try their huge scallops next! Can't wait to head right back in!
