Chipotle is a rip off. Fill up on rice and then you won't notice the small portioned protein. Charges for chips and salsa and hardly any topping choices. My money is better spent at Willys.
Nellie who stated she was the manager at this location was the absolute worst. I don't write reviews often, but this had to be said. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. The audacity to argue back and forth with a paying and loyal customer is extremely unacceptable. Please investigate further if management is reading this. Whomever this person is needs to be fired! She’s extremely rude and nasty!!! I agree with previous posts about her as I had a very similar experience with her nasty, ugly, and unnecessary attitude today. The fact that she’s still there after treating customers how she does is weird. I will be calling corporate as well!
