Came here today for the BOGO sale they had going on. They were predictably busy and unfortunately very understaffed, but the employees were incredibly nice and communicative throughout it all. Jesse was especially great. He was incredibly nice in the midst of chaos and made sure people waiting knew that their order was coming. He also made one of the best drinks from Starbucks I've ever had.
They baristas are a bit careless here. Apathy. Food quality declined since 2019. It has caused my orders to be smaller over time. This used to be the hangout spot for coffee - but that's over [not due to covid]; so I'm tipping less now. Hopefully they'll pay their employees better in the future; and their attitude will improve the food and beverage preparation. Let's keep hope alive!

Terribly disappointed in the service. I usually opt to get a refresher so I know what this is suppose to look and taste like. I ordered the strawberry refresher and this is what I received. About 95% water, no strawberries and yeah… when I asked about this, the explanation was we just don’t have any strawberries. So then why would you serve this or not give me an alternative option? And then want me to pay full price? Yeah just terrible.
