I got the food Togo. I ordered the chicken sandwich plain, they put sauce on it. Even wiping it off the taste was still there. I also got the egg rolls. They were over cooked or old, not sure but the veggies were so smushy and not enjoyable. This was a bad experience and don't recommend.
The customer service was great! I am not particularly a Zaxbys fan but my sister and my nephew love the place. The food was better at this location than I have had at other locations. The place was sparkling clean. I love that. The cashier with the burgundy hair was particularly sweet and professional. The chicken was a little cold. I know I could have asked them to heat it up, but I was so hungry it didn’t matter.The service is good. I can tell they are trying really hard to improve. Constantly cleaning the facility too.
