Terrible customer service! We ordered a pizza last night, the lady on the phone was very very nice. Only problem was we waited an hour and 30 minutes for the pizza, and finally called to see where it was, only to be told they have no drivers so they would not be delivering it. My husband stated that no one informed him at the time he placed the delivery that there were no drivers, and no one called to reach out and inform us afterwards either? DO NOT EVER ORDER HERE!! THEY ARE BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL GET YOUR ORDER WRONG EACH AND EVERY TIME! THEY LEFT MY FOOD ON MY PORCH FOR OVER AN HOUR THE DELIVERY MAN DIDNT EVEN RING THE BELL OR NOTIFY ME IT WAS THERE AND I DID NOT CHOOSE CONTACT LESS DELIVERY!! BUT THEY LIED AND SAID I DID TO COVER THEIR TRACKS!!

My husband and I are passing through town tonight and decided to order some pizza for our hotel room. Took 30 minutes to try to order our food, ended up having to change it to a carry out order because there was an error with our card even though it was charging and canceling over and over to our bank. When my husband came back with our food, it was awful. Undercooked breadsticks, the cheese was nasty, and there were barely any toppings on either of our pizzas. It was really disappointing.
