Worst experience ever! Ordered pizza for delivery at 6:40 p.m.and was quoted 30-40 min. delivery. Called at 7:25 p.m. as the tracker showed it was still not out for delivery yet. I was told they were behind but I'd have my pizza by 8 p.m. Called again at 8:10 p.m. as the tracker still didn't show it out for delivery. I was told that my pizza had been ready since 7:30 p.m. and I could come pick it up. I asked if they would refund the delivery fee and tip that we paid. she said...read full review
Never had an issue with this location! Whenever I order the drivers are friendly. Order has never been wrong, food is always hot. Three years of great service! Thanks yall!
It's time for this Pizza Hut to close. It adds NO value to the Pizza Hut name.
Every time I order from here (last straw today), there is an excuse why something is incorrect.
