This is the best food I’ve had from Waffle House in a long time! The Rockstar Grill Operator that was working today is fire!! Nothing was overly greasy, and perfectly cooked! The waiter was very polite and took care of us quickly.
Waffle House is a restaurant known for its friendly customer service. The staff is helpful, as demonstrated by the young man Jayden's efforts to improve a customer's previous experience. The food is often ready quickly and is generally good, with some exceptions such as soggy waffles. The kitchen is well-organized, and the kitchen manager praises the staff for their good work. Customers enjoy the good, hot coffee and the welcoming atmosphere created by a friendly group of folks behind the counter. The food is delivered in a timely manner and many dishes, including hashbrowns, are enjoyed thoroughly. Despite a minor hiccup with an employee giving away food, the manager promptly retrieved it, and customers appreciate the quick and attentive service. Overall, Waffle House provides a positive experience with tasty food and attentive staff.
