1st and foremost, customer service is very important. The young lady at the drive thru (curly hair style and braces) was very unfriendly and rush, rush push the food out the window.2nd, we were given two drinks with a leak in the cup,.. that really made a mess in my brand new vehicle

Bad attitude, lady at drive through handed me one of my multiple beverages and was told to wait in a spot. No big deal. They done out and only bring half order. I show receipt and told we will be back. They then wave me off. When I came inside and asked for a manager I was accosted and told told I got my food. I again asked for a manager and requested to see camera footage. This was all ridiculous and handled inappropriately when it could have been an easy solution.Bad bad service by female early twenties with big hair. Also not in uniform wearing a green top.

Literally every time you go they take your money & then ask you to pull up. No telling how long you’ll wait. But there a bunch of children inside working. So just aheads up before paying ask is your food ready then make that decision.
This drive thru is always long and then when you pull up to order you have to wait 5-6 minutes to order and then you have to wait for the your food. And the cashiers are always rude.

I placed a mobile order on the app for drive thru pick up. I arrived at 7:36PM and let them know on the speaker I had a mobile order. The lady told me to pull into the 1st parking spot. TWENTY MINUTES go by and I still haven’t received my food. It was literally just a Great 8 meal. I watched at least 15 cars pull through the drive thru and receive their food. 2 cars were pulled up into parking spots after me and recieved their food. I finally went inside to ask for my food and they have it sitting on a pickup shelf. It was cold. They’re in there laughing and playing around with each other. Why tell me to pull up into a parking space just to put my food on a pickup shelf INSIDE the store? I’m furious! I didn’t select inside pick up either! I didn’t feel like arguing with a bunch of teenagers so I just left. I’d be more understanding if they were short staffed because I’m a service worker myself, but they’re literally just in there playing with peoples food.

I ordered a fried House salad with Ranch dressing. I got 3 nibblers sandwich and fries . I asked the girl at the window twice you sure this is a salad. She said yes and ugh nope it wasn't didn't feel like aguring and was pressed for time. But if you are working the window don't trust the person that is handing you the bags look again to make sure you are giving the right order. I usually don't go to this Zaxby's and I am sure I will not be revisiting it again.

This restaurant is trash I come here you got a bunch of kids working in here that serve cold food they must be used to eating cold food also I come back to return the food so I can get my food served properly and the restaurant is filthy smells like urine and sweat what is going on in this place somebody from corporate needs to come down here and have this place put back in order I can't believe that you are still in business or get the business that you have with a restaurant that looks like this I can imagine what it looks like behind the counter probably looks like some of those videos I see on Tick Tock of roaches rats and other things running around in the restaurant you guys need to get this situation together
Everytime I go to this location I am disappointed with the Cobb salad. They never give you enough lettuce mix for the salad. I just completely stopped going here even though it like 5 minutes away from house. I've been to many different locations and never got the amount of salad that they give here. THIS SALAD IS DEFINITELY NOT FROM THIS LOCATION!!!. But just wanted to show them what they need to correct!!!

Had a poor experience here. We were getting a sweet tea and we’re the only ones in the drive thru. As we were pulling around to the window, the girl working the window (her name is Macey M.) threw her hands out the window very rudely to tell us to stop before we hit the censor for their drive thru. When we pulled up to the window we asked why we couldn’t pull forward and her responses were extremely rude with an attitude. She didn’t want us to pull forward because of the “drive times/drive thru time” that get sent to corporate. Her attitude and demeanor was extremely rude.After all of that, she was short on our change and in a rude way said “you good with that?”.I understand bad days but having staff with rude attitudes towards customers is not the way to run a business.
