Terrible. Super slow and even when you get your food it's wrong. After waiting for over 15mins in drive thru (and the line want even long), I ordered via app for curbside pickup. Still took another 17mins, called the store to check on it and they're like "Yeah it's right here." Well bring it out! Why advertise curbside if everyone is going to be lazy? And the order was wrong. Won't return despite living two blocks away.
This location is definitely lacking quality Customer Service. I ordered 3 meals. My total came to $30 and some change. I then requested for a cup of ice & was told no. So I decided to taste a fry, OLD!!! toast Burned!!! wings yesterday's batch!!! Tell me where do they do that at??? I'm not ok & that's NOT OK!!! Ugggghhhh

Im not sure why they haven't gotten a better rating?! This place is great! For a fast food chain, its better than most I have tried. We had the chicken finger sandwich sooo goood... the buffalo boneless wings and the classic chicken sandwich. If I had to choose I recommend the chicken finger sandwich, a little spicy and tangy. The crinkled fried are seasoned and the sweet tea is just how the south makes it.. SWEEEEET.
