?EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!My husband had lunch here last week and that night, he became very sick and we determined that he got food poisoning from here. He was sick for days. The food is not fresh, the employees are lazy and do not keep up with health standards. The food is just sitting out under the heat lamps all day. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!!!!

Customer service extremely poor. I placed an order for pickup and when I arrived, my food was waiting at the pick up station. The bag was sealed. After opening the bag, I realized that several items were missing and had to return to request the items. Later I realized that I still did not have an add on item. I called to speak to a manager and was told that Andrew would return the call. Instead, the manager processed a refund of .99 cents .Very poor customer service. I wouldn't return to this location.

First of all I walked in and didn't even receive the "Welcome To Moe's" greeting.. I should have turned around then but I decided to give them a try being there were only two ladies working. I stood there while they were fixing the to go orders... Still no greeting/acknowledgment??♀️I ordered anyways. I got the veggie bowl and was disappointed. You have to pretty much beg for them to fill the bowl up. The chips were put in this tiny bag for kids...yeah about 8 chips and some crumbs. I love me some Moe's but this location was a big disappointment.?

I like Moe's but this experience was very disappointing you have enough people working on the line to serve other customers while One customer item is cooking there's no reason why you should hold everyone in the line until this item is finished cooking get everybody else that was having regular food out the line and the place need cleaning really bad

This is the BEST Moe's I've ever been too! I love the food so eat here whenever I can and am near one as there isn't a Moe's location in my hometown. This specific location has the absolute BEST customer service! The food is always fresh and delicious here. My expierence this time here has been so amazing that I've chosen to leave this review. I'm not quite sure why this location doesn't have more stars, but that should change as of now. If you haven't eaten here in a while I highly suggest giving it another try now the current employees are worth the visit! These guys working are beyond kind and understanding even asked how I was during my meal and assisted me with a forgotten (on my behalf) item. Overall I am very pleased with the service & food and will be tipping more to these hardworking employees for going above and beyond.
Not only was the food good but the service was outstanding. I always visit this one on Hudson Bridge instead of the one in Morrow.

I placed an order online. When the food arrived it was still hot. When I tell you it was awesome. They put the right amount of everything on it. I love cilantros and I could taste it in every bite. Nothing overpowered anything. The presentation was great. Thank you Moe’s. I enjoyed my meal.

I got the nachoes. They don't fill out the container. I got half a scoop of meat only to be charged for asking for more meat...! The chips were put in this tiny bag for kids. So I didn't even get a full meal when i paid for a full meal. Is this a 5 star Michelin restaurant!? I'm not going back to this one.
