Customer service has always been great when I come here even when it's busy you still here. "Welcome to Moe's " when you walk through the door. Oh yea, download the app and get a free burrito on your birthday. There's nothing better than great tasting FREE food!
Cole was great. He was training a new employee and was very detailed and knowledgeable about the different options we had being this our first time here. Greaaaaatttttttt customer service! Food was amazing as well!

Customer service extremely poor. I placed an order for pickup and when I arrived, my food was waiting at the pick up station. The bag was sealed. After opening the bag, I realized that several items were missing and had to return to request the items. Later I realized that I still did not have an add on item.
