The customer service here is awful. There is no menu in the building so when I went to order I asked what their specialty pizzas were. He said I would have to look online. I pulled out my phone to look online and he took the next customer and very rudely dismissed me when I tried to order.

Ordered a epic garlic stuffed pizza---- worst mistake of my life. $22 (w tip) for a poorly made and poor tasting pie. Not enuff toppings for a $22 pie. Didn't taste the garlic in the crust! Not enough pepperoni or sausage on the pie. Not enuff cheese in the crust !! When the toppings are drowning in the cheese , guess what ? There's not enough toppings!! (And I did not ask for extra cheese)

I ordered a buffalo chicken, pepperoni and bacon pizza when I received it..it was hard as a brick thin crust, hard overcooked , it was cold..I was on the phone like 45 minutes before I got someone on the phone and all they could say they’ll cancel my order which I already have the freaking pizza and it would take 2 hours for it to get remade..I’m so pissed right now!!!! The papa John on 5582 north Henry blvd sucks..they didn’t care about my order and how I felt!!! When you pick the pizza so hard it just comes apart

Thank you Chase! Oh my Shaqaronnie pizza was absolutely perfect! Lots of sauce lots of cheese and lots of pepperoni the crust was perfect the toppings were loaded to the end of the crust thank you, and it arrived hot!

I just recently placed an order and called the store and spoke with the manager. The young lady was very courteous and listened to my concerns. She addressed the issues and handled the situation well above my expectations and I was pleasantly surprised. Well done Papa John's, the manager and crew at the N. Henry Blvd. store!!!

I only put 5 stars for this review to be READ!!! Order from some where else...SMH...Shaq you need to take your name off of this pizza or step your game up. I ordered the Shaq A Roni. There was not 1 piece of pepperoni on it. Why would I pay for a large cheese pizza. I went to pick my order up and thank GOD I looked before I paid. The store is a absolute MESS. There is no way in the world that Stockbridge location is passed a health inspection. The pizza pans were literally all over the floor. I actually saw the delivery person put the food in the microwave and then the red bag for a delivery. There was a guy that also called his order in and the person at the register just couldn't get it right. Was she on drugs? Something was going on. No one even offered to get my order correct so I left. SMH!!! The store honestly needs to be SHUT DOWN and reopened with a whole new staff after it's cleaned of course!!!

The worse. I think the employees are eating the food and giving us customers a pizza made from the leftovers. There was barely anything on my pizza, the doe was damn near non existent in the center of my pizza , and it was dry as the cardboard it was delivered in and I paid 30 for one pizza. I wish they stop letting kids run the place. I will never order from here again

make sure no one at this store is hungry, 9/20 placed an order for 2 large pizzas, on line,paid for order said they never received order, unfortunatly paid with $50.00 gift card, they took the money and the pizza. corporate office dumper than a bx of rocks could not understand what happened. really

I go into the restaurant to pick up my order and notice the cook throwing the metal pans that the pizzas are baked on to the floor and stepping on them with his shoes. When I inquired about why they were doing that, the young man (with the curly hair) at the front counter responds “because it’s the end of the night,” in a condescending manner. After expressing concerns about the restaurant being unsanitary, the other guy on the front counter (with the cornrow braids) goes to the oven, moves the cook out the way, and takes a pizza out the oven and starts handling it after just counting the money in the cash register. I ask if that was my pizza and he says “what are you scared of?” I respond “getting sick, because you all are unsanitary and not handling the food responsibly.” At that time, I decided to request a refund. The guy at the counter responds, “good, now I get to eat your pizza.”
