The restaurant hours online says the the restaurant closes at 11:00pm. I pulled to the drive thru window at 10:03pm. I waited for about 3 minutes I said hello in the speaker box. When I pulled away I noticed the workers was eating and laughing. This is causing the restaurant money

The time says 11 to be closed but at 10 they’re claiming they’re close, so they’re not doing their job and is lazy and let customers use their points to redeem for food just to be denied saying they’re close when everyone is in a line waiting, all because people don’t want to work their shift. And the redeeming points can’t be refunded…. Who is on shift at this location today at 10 pm on a freaking Sunday March 24, 2024, I think that person or people closing early is false advertising.
