This is the worst mc Donald’s to visit. There are loads of wait line and the customer service was very bad. They also only excepted cash and they announced that after waiting 30 minutes. The fries are cooked.

Large and modern MCD with lots of drive thru customers. We went inside. Slight delay in ordering at counter but very courteous service. Slight delay in getting order, but it was correct and tasty. Heir McCaffe coffees, SouthWestern Salad and fries are great. $1 large drink is a deal and self service for drinks is handy. Decor is attractive and restrooms were clean. Thanks for a nice lunch on a very rainy day!

This is a great convenient location! It is much better since their remodel. Even the employees seem much more pleasant.

Asked for a 20 peice nugget meal and got 10. it took 20 minutes for me to get my order that was not even correct. I have not been to Macdonalds in years now i remmeber why!!!

Came to this restaurant two weeks ago to try it I spent 40 minutes waiting other people waited on 1st and I was in the Drive-Thru. They did comp my meal. Tonight I have been waiting for 25 minutes. I ordered my food in the drive through 20 minutes ago. I am still waiting. They have got to do something. I will not come back to this particular restaurant even though it is been totally remodeled and rebuilt.

When, we arrived on Saturday Morning there was only one Food Order Cashier trying to take orders, but it was apparent she wasn’t trained well enough to work the computerized cash/ sales register, she was in panic-mode with every customer, which took her even longer to get everybody's order right and processed in this machine. She was so stressed out and nobody else would help her!? There, were 3 to five customer attendants just standing around doing nothing, but mostly ignoring the customers. Several, other McDonald’s employees were fiddling with items like the ice cream cone dispenser, when it was still breakfast time!? So, there were plenty of food customers’ still needing services or help finding, and/or getting stuff for their breakfast orders, WTH!? It took over 10 minutes to get our food order delivered to our table, not to mention our coffee and/or other drinks took almost 10 minutes more to arrive. This was after we were almost through with eating our food orders, and part of our drink order was improperly made the iced Macchiato coffees were very bitter and not made right? So, we had to send them all back, which took almost another 10 minutes to get them back, but finally the McDonald's Manager brought out our iced coffees herself, (She, was very pleasant, and friendly) which the new iced coffees actually tasted a little bit better, but still I’ve had much better coffee served to me from the McDonald’s restaurant (HWY 96) in Warner Robins, GA? I understand that the McDonald's Franchise is trying desperately to compete on the same level of top quality customer and food service as, "Chick Fil A". However, this particular McDonalds restaurant has a long way to go and much to improve, before they can ever even hope to compete with any, "Chick Fil A" eatery in or out of town!
