Sometimes when dealing with food and restaurants it is not the error but it is the recovery. I came to the Popeyes location at 5094 memorial drive and I had an issue with my order and I followed up with the customer service team at Popeyes. The manager reached out to me and we had a great conversation and she rectified the situation with ease. Marquita is awesome and she changed the negative into a positive
The food has been good in the past. However, today, it was downright awful. The Coleslaw was rotten, and I was given chunks on the blackened chicken sandwich i thought it was me, but when I asked them to replace it. They gave me another chunk bro I got one from Panola rd, and it looked like the photo. I did not order a Jamaican j*** sandwich.
