“I've never been to a restaurant x3 in one week... but this restaurant was worth it. Service is wonderful, the food was excellent and the atmosphere was great! The last time we were there, we were shown to a seat close to the bar, and the owner spotted our hesitancy and immediately whisked us to a table by the window. That kind of attention/attentiveness you expect in Buckhead, not Stone Mountain. Our server Michael was wonderful as well, very knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend!”

“Stopped here based on high Yelp reviews - apparently just opened about 5 months ago. Unassuming place, thought we were in the wrong place as it's set back on the corner in front of a strip shopping center with a food depot and family dollar. Once inside, greeted w/great atmosphere and amazing service. The pizza was on point! Wood-fired, great dough, nice toppings. Had the margherita pizza which was very cheesy and delicious! No picture as we ate it and finished it before I took a pic. The house cocktails were so well composed flavor-wise and beautifully presented. Kay-Kay was fabulous - server, bartender and all around hostess! Would definitely recommend. If I lived here, I would be back frequently! The website is also very well done. Props and much success to the place!”

The flavors and variety of dishes were worth the 30 min drive from my house to the restaurant.The owner explain the different fish & meats to me, how they were prepared & suggested what to pair with my main dish choice. He even gave me small cup samples to taste to help me make my meal choice; never have I had service at a restaurant like this before.Please, if you are looking for authentic African meals, a nice atmosphere and great, service you’ve got to give African Palace a try!”

“Nestled near the base of Stone Mountain is a small refurbished garage that serves as a portal back to the 80s. Fittingly named outrun, it’s a beautiful little spot that embraces its Outrun AESTHETIC heavy. But it’s more than just style, there is a lot of substance here. The slowpour associated brewery has some of the best beers I had on my brewery crawl that weekend. It was a last minute addition to the trip so I didn’t have space for everything but the Sarasota fruit salad was a delicious, crushable pour that took me back to beaches of Florida. Dreadnaught was a tour de force of the tongue. Heavy on the booze but still allowed the other flavors to come through. As a fan of this style of stout i can say it’s hard to get right and this is one of the few who’ve got it. Definitely worth the drive and your time.”

“The rice and peas are cooked to Perfection and the jerk sauce is nice and spicy. I came because I'm getting my car serviced next door and needed food. The sweet cool gave me plantains and cabbage for free. It's a small family business vibe inside. The staff are really Jamaicans so the food on point. Definitely the best rice and peas I've had on Atlanta. Definitely coming back”

“The new one on 78 was lit! The food was absolutely great. My bartender Charla was A-MAZING! Definitely go to her, she was friendly, great vibes and I felt like she gave us a warm greeting upon sitting at the bar! The atmosphere was lit. “I had the curry goat and I was not disappoint in it even thoughIt had quite a bit of fat on it. I just removed it. the cabbage didn't have much flavor but At least wasn't soggy. the peas n rice was adequate but the gravy was excellent ?”

“I’m not sure what changed at this location but this is usually my go to place for lunch. I got the barbi jerk with rice n peas and the chicken was great but the peas in the rice was under cooked. It was still kind of hard. The customer service was great.”

“My hairstylist Crystal suggested this restaurant and the way she went on about the spinach and rice I had to try it. Wow I was blow away with the meal. I got fufu instead of rice. “I went in and ordered the Southern Fish Fry with Tilapia 3 times and each time it has tasted great. The fish has a light coating of breading, the shrimp also tastes great, the hush puppies are probably the best i have ever eaten (I don't eat much fish though), and the fries are seasoned nicely.”

Went to Papa Johns, and Micah along with the support of his General Manager, was amazingly attentive to handling my son's food, due to allergy concerns.He also changed his gloves frequently, asked for clarification when unsure about allergens and cross-contamination, and was totally accommodating to me, the anxious parent.On our next camping trip, I know exactly what we'll be having for dinner!”

“Came to Stone Mountain and there are tons of activities to do here! We walked by and smelt the cinnamon bread. We had to go in to try! Service was a bit slower. Staff was very friendly. Lots of indoor space for seating. When you get to the restaurant, you order first and then pick up the order. At the time that we went, they were only serving drinks and cinnamon bread. The cinnamon bread was so so so good!!! It looks and taste amazing! Especially on a cold day, the cinnamon bread was the perfect warm, soft, and a sweet for everyone's liking! $6.47 for the loaf was an amazing deal!! The portion was big and great for sharing! Would highly recommend stopping by for the cinnamon bread! You definitely would not be disappointed. This place is worth the stop!”

“Prices are going up, which limits what used to be affordable for families. The attempt to make it a semi-amusement park is a good idea, but $20 to enter the park and another $35 for entry into the entertainment and shopping areas is a little steep for what is offered. Definitely consider the investment in a membership if you plan to go more than once.”

“I came here on a Saturday night around 10:30 pm (I left at 12 am). I'm just now realizing they closed at 3:00am on Saturday so they are an after hours spot which makes sense because it was literally just me and my little crew with 2 other people already there. It was 4 of us but I got there ahead of time. The light skin very skinny lady was cool. She came to the dance floor turned up with us for a second and had a great attitude.The main bartender, you have to be kinder love. Especially for people who have never been there before. You guys are trying to expand your business, you need to learn how to be a little nicer. When I ordered from her she did seem to have a little bit of an attitude and she did seem like she was unwilling to answer questions. I was tipsy though so I may have took it the wrong way however based on the other comments I just read it was not me. She passed us by a few times while we were on the dance floor dancing and she did give a slight smile so I'm saying she may just be coming off a little ruder than she realizes when she's taking orders and she should really work on that.Nonetheless I got a large rum punch and ask the DJ to put on some Caribbean music and we was in our groove for sure. This place is small and intimate so I see this being a place I'd go with a honey dip to chill but not a turn up with my friends. I also see this being an older crowd vibe so no one under 30 should be here to turn up. They do have a pool table in a side room which was cute for the guys. They only have one bathroom for the ladies so be advised but it was neat and I love the body mirrors!!Overall I had a good quick time. I leftso fast because I was already tipsy and that rum punch added the final bang but now that I'm aware this is an after-hour spot I'll probably be back at 12:00 on a weekend night and bang it out until they close to see what the rest of the night entails.Updates coming on how the food taste. I did not get any food yet but beware because based on their menu they may be a bit more pricier than other food only Caribbean spots. .”

“I ordered from the 1230 South Hairston Rd STONE MOUNTAIN, GA 30088 location tonight and my delivery driver, Lloyd, went above and beyond as a delivery driver. He called to tell me there was an accident right outside of my neighborhood he was stuck behind and my pizza may be late....then called back saying he was pulling over and putting in his hazards and walking the pizza to me. I live at the end of the street and he didn't have to do that...best service from a delivery driver I have ever experienced. my pizza was also tasty and cooked to perfection. I will definitely order from this location again and ask for Lloyd!”
