I got a spicy chicken sandwhich meal and my mom got salad, the fries had a visible green, i searched it up and apparently its like a bit poisonous or something, i still ate it(no wasting food) lets hope i dont get sick for this chickfilas sake. Also they forgot my sauce and gave me a new salad thats great.

This is the first time I have written a review for Chick-fil-a in more than ten years. As a loyal member, I have always trusted their delicious taste and stable quality control. It is also the American food I miss the most when traveling internationally. My wife is going to Japan for a while the day after tomorrow, she said she would also miss it, so I went to buy our favorite 30 ct NUGGETS and SPICY FILET. But this time we were very shocked. These Nuggets were much smaller than usual, hard, dry, and sticky. The taste is very similar to re-frying, without any juicy feeling before. I can't believe this is the brand I've been with for decades, and it turned our meal of American taste into a delicious memory-destroyer tonight.

This location is one of the worst Chick-fil-A locations in the Atlanta area. Mid order, the supervisor started talking to someone else, cutting us off. Then they gave us the flimsiest of cup holders, resulting in the drinks spilling all over the car.

They messed up our order, and when I went back to get it fixed, they gave me a sandwich with no chicken. I didn't check the second time because I didn't think they could mess it up twice. I didn't notice until I got home. I was too tired and hungry to go back a second time. There should really be an adult supervising the children that work there and making sure they actually do their job. Seriously, how could you not put chicken on a chicken sandwich.

I echo the many other reviewers in that this location is hands down one of the worst. It is convenient to my office, but almost everytime I go there and it never fails, there is an issue with the order. Something is either missing (no dressing for salad) or completely wrong (like getting nuggets instead of strips or chicken biscuit instead of egg biscuit). When I try to call the location to discuss the issues, they never answer the phone!On top of that, the workers that work here provide the worst customer service. They are generally aloof and rude and don't care about their job or providing quality interactions. Most are seen standing around and the ones that do anything, basically go through the motions. I haven't heard 'My pleasure' from any one of them in my many trips through the drive thru. The customer service at this location vs other locations is night and day. In fact, I drive out of my way to go to the Avalon location since that is top notch.I have spoken to Steve Troutman, the owner about these issues several times and it doesn't seem like he even cares. Basically, nods his head and goes about his day. No corrections are ever made. I guess he figures he's going to get plenty of business anyway from the loyal customers to the brand that he doesn't even need to try. Avoid this location at all costs and trust me, it's worth driving a bit further to get better food and service, considering the prices they charge!

Kid tried to hand me just my bag and not my drink and told me to have a nice day. Had to ask for my drink. Got all the way back to the hospital and had no dressing for my salad and no fork. Not the end of the world, but the employees here need to just take a second longer and check to make sure your customers order is in fact correct before sending them off… I mean out of the 5 people standing at the drive thru window, you would think someone was quality checking orders
