Bait and switch.. ordered a 1/4 ham and Turkey online.. came in to pick it up and was told the smallest they had was $98…. If you’re not going to hold a reservation, state that clearly when making a reservation.

I pre-ordered food for Thanksgiving and when. I got to this location to pick up my food, I was told that they were out of 2 items that I pre-ordered and paid for? They didn’t have the cornbread stuffing or the white dinner rolls? How does that happen if it’s pre-ordered and reserved?

i signed up for their rewards program after my last purchase. I wanted to use my rewards for Thanksgiving and they are gone. They expired right before the holiday. The food is overpriced and very rich, not something I would eat on a daily basis. What good are rewards if you can't use them when you need them? This company lost $200.00 today and all my future business. My cooking tastes much getter with far less chemicals and sugar. Customer service was no help after I spent about 15 minutes on the phone With them.

Highly suggest getting the smoked turkey! This is probably the best turkey I've ever had.
Very well thought out layout for customer service. First person asks if you have a pre-paid order (and would send you down that line) and if not send s you right to the counter. No doubt Easter eating needs have forced them to be streamlined, and that is very appreciated.

I always enjoy a good sandwich, but I cannot stand how every time I come into this establishment the employees are sitting & on their phones & don't even bother to wash their hands before making my sandwich.Today the sandwich maker went so far as to wipe the corners of her mouth before she put on gloves & made my sandwich. I'm so tired of the lack of clean practices I see in food establishments. Super disappointed & ruined my appetite. But the manager was really sweet.
