I went to Jimmy John’s to order a footlong slim 6 with just cheese, and they gave me a regular-sized sandwich with lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, avocado, and cheese. On top of all that, they scooped the bread out. I don’t understand how the people there messed it up that badly.

I am so disappointed in Jimmy Johns. They were my folks for a long time because I love their veggie sandwich. The last 2 times I went there was crazy. I went with my son made my order at the drive thru speaker and they said I'll see u at the window. We went to the window and waited and waited and waited no one ever came. I blew my horn and called out no one came. The next time I went with my mom and they said they didn't have bread, how u gonna not have bread in a sandwich restaurant?? Smhhhh.. HOW??!!
