Have to agree with other reviewers customer service is lacking BUT the torta carnitas was as good as most of the Mexican fast food places out in California. Been a few years since I've had one and it took me back to were I grew up a bit. Will be returning for more.
Sorry but you lost a customer. Your food is great. The one lady there is super sweet. The problem is the owner of the store you are in is just stupid. The BP owner has no clue on what time of day it is. I hope you pass this on to Kikos corporate office. I won't be back to be treated like the dumbass the BP owner is!
