So not sure how I feel about todays visit as I visit this location often. I’m always super chipper. I walked in the store and said Hello! The store was super quite so I’m sure my voice did not go unheard. The employee was standing up front leaning on the wall and didn’t respond nor did he look up to acknowledge I was there. I proceed to the pizza portal to retrieve my order and grabbed my (2) drinks out of the fridge and my boxes. As I turn to leave this employee all of a sudden has a voice and stops me to check my order looking at the sticker on top of my boxes. This was odd because I’ve never been stopped before. I asked the employee was the order not right or was there something wrong and the response I was given really made no sense to me. This left me thinking so you couldn’t greet a customer or look up but you were able to watch me to be sure I grabbed what I ordered. I’m sure this guy could tell I was taken back and all of the sudden becomes super nice. It sucks when you have these types of experiences and to avoid feeling uncomfortable in the future I’d rather take my 7 figure coins else where (My little ones love Little Ceasars pizza.) Take care!

The grease was out of control, in 33 years I've never seen pizza plopped with grease on top and bottom of pizza. I just don't understand how, it's as if they poured oil into the box. Please do better.

I love Little Caesar's! This location uses extra love and attention with every order. We decided to try the calzony. They're always on the brink of what's trendy. This pizza fell a bit short. Not because it wasn't tasty. But all the elements of this pie were not cohesive. The regular pizza portion was great as usual. The calzone type pretzel crust was the problem. The garlic sauce was super messy and got EVERYWHERE! On top of that, the sauce didn't have a taste to it. It was weird. Overall, I give them an A for effort. I still love y'all! Just not this calzony. #ashsaidit

Company has promotions, but the website is not working. Called the store and the response was try restarting your phone. Instead of taking order over the phone. I think it would have been easier to take the order over the phone and honor the promotion. The world is truly becoming where customer service has no meaning..I appreciate the response from the owner and I hope you pass along my dissatisfaction to corporate. It is not acceptable to run a promotion and then not honor it.

Great place to have fresh and hot pizza. Good customer service and our pizza order was ready in about 6 minutes as estimated on a Friday evening walk-in.

Horrible service have people waiting 20 minutes online for Pepsi and pizza while they are handling incoming walks ins and when asked said rudely I shoulda walked in

Disgusting. I ordered breadsticks today and watched in the back as they prepare it, just to see if they were going to put gloves on or atleast wash his hands. Neither was done. I watched him go from putting his hands in his hair, his phone. Touching other appliances then proceed to open the breadsticks bag..with the same hands. The guy who took my order didn't have gloves on or washed his hands either. He took my order a the cash register. Then went straight to making a pizza..still with no hand washing nor gloves. I asked him aren't you suppose to wear gloves He stated we aren't authorized to, but we wash our hands after and before we do anything. I stated that guy making my order didn't wash his hands and neither did you. He said nothing I just got my refund. Corporate/management this is really disgusting especially seeing what we are going through these days. You could atleast make people feel a little at ease.

Please when you take a pizza out of the ovens and it is burnt, don't give it to a customer. You would not like to spend the time and money and get something like that. What happened to pride in your work and product??
