Placed a mobile order for lunch 1pm on a Thursday. Arrived and store was not busy, took order back to work only to find out I had paid $11 for a over done piece of chicken on a burt bun and two burnt egg rolls. Thanks Zaxby's. Makes me want to hurry back. NOT!l

Awful on steriods...I wish zero star was a rating! I ordered a kid's grilled cheese, fries and a funnel cake. How can you mess up a grilled cheese sandwich!? Fries were cold and old, funnel cake was absolutely dreadful and definitely not worth $4.00. Even the diet gingerale was terrible; seems that the machine was out of syrup or something. If I had not already arrived at home, I would gone back and threw it all at them. SO BADDDD!!!?? NEVER EVER AGAIN FOR THIS LOCATION! THERE IS ALWAYS A PROBLEM!If you order through the drive-thru, check and TASTE you food before you leave. Yuck!!!!!! ????????? TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY, AS I THREW THE ENTIRE MEAL OUT!

Stopped here on a whim and had an unexpected great experience. I was worried as line was 5 cars but after giving my order the line was gone. Paid at the window and the food came out immediately. It was like they already knew what we wanted to order. My sandwich and fries were steaming hot and fresh, just the way I like it. One of the best food experiences I've had in years, no cap.

I can't believe you get charged for extra sauce. Chick-fil-A gives you all the sauce that you want, and they are doing well in business.

Omg!!!! Edwin is very rude. Took almost a half hour . Came in for a replacement order and a new order. I am a senior citizen. Never again……. Wish I could talk to the owner……

After I specifically told them that they never add double fries when I exchange it for coleslaw. This is why they get paid 10$ an hour because they can't complete an order to save their life
