Who doesn't love zaxby's? The guys at the drive thru were friendly and very helpful, much more different than some locations that are like yea, what do you want to order? Thank you for making it an enjoyable experience on this rainy
The food was good. Now you have to get everything yourself (ketchup, utensils, etc...) and it wasn't easy to find them. People waiting to order were blocking/leaning up against the counter with napkins, straws, utensils, & pepper. I finally found the ketchup packets, in a large coffee cup, on the other counter by the cup lids.

Stopped here on a whim and had an unexpected great experience. I was worried as line was 5 cars but after giving my order the line was gone. Paid at the window and the food came out immediately. It was like they already knew what we wanted to order. My sandwich and fries were steaming hot and fresh, just the way I like it. One of the best food experiences I've had in years, no cap.
