Stopped here while traveling home.The overall space was clean and pleasant to sit in..Ordering experience:You order through a self-service touch screen kiosk. The layout was easy to navigate and read. Customizing an order was simple.I ordered a double steak butter burger w/ bacon and a large fries. Sadly, I only received a single steak burger. 5:55pm. 1st time eating at a Steak and Shake in years. Sadly disappointed. Kiosk ordering only. (I left a tip, thinking someone would bring food out to my table) I was going to give a cash tip to the server. (No server) you have to wait at the counter for them to call your name or number.( guy didn't want to yell out "daddy"! I guess. Lol. Had a butter burger, fries, drink. Burger was hot and juicy. Steak & Shakes are really not the place they once were. Past few years have seen a company wide decrease in service to customers. Sad to say - this location seems to mirror what we have found throughout our travels. This isn't local management issues - it appears to more of a changing corporate attitude. So sad for a company that has been around for almost 90 years. In our teenage years - Steak and Shake was the place to go and meet friends. Not anymore.
